Parker Otto is a fourth year student at the University of Chicago majoring in Urban Studies and minoring in GIS with a concentration in the built environment for both.  His studies over the last four years have led to the exploration of historical trends in urban development and the built environment, emerging from his work at the Urbanism Lab and Chicago Studies Department.
